Please take moment to review our Terms & Conditions. Before you read the legal jargon below, here is our brief synopsis.

You'll earn 15% of the gross sale for every person you send to our store who purchases. Each time your visitors come back and purchase from us you'll earn that 15% residual commission. Our shopping cart automatically remembers that the customers came from you regardless of whether or not they return through your affiliate link.

You'll receive a second tier commission of 5% from each of the sales that YOUR referrals send. In addition, when you've reached a cumulative commission amount of $750 your first tier commission rate will automatically be raised to 20% the following month. Some of our active affiliates have reached this level in a few weeks. Commission checks will be issued by the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.

Checks will only be issued when the commission due is over $10. Any commissions due for less than $10 will be rolled over to the next month.

You'll be able to track your results and redeem your commissions any time you like. Simple enough?

AGREEMENT

The following Terms & Conditions of this Agreement are made between ICS and Affiliate(s) who choose to participate in our Affiliate Rewards Program. Participation in our Affiliate Rewards Program acknowledges you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement.

1. Commissions: ICS agrees to pay Affiliates a 15% commission on the gross sales produced by the Affiliate, excluding Shipping costs, sales taxes, and bogus orders. This amount will be raised to 20% the month after the affiliate has earned a cumulative commission over any period of time of $750. ICS will also pay a 5% commission on all second tier sales.

2. Payment of Commissions: Commissions will be paid by the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month with a value of $10 or more. Commissions due of less than $10 will be rolled over to the following month until a minimum of $10 is due.

3. Advertising: ICS may provide certain advertising copy, banners or links for Affiliates use. Affiliates are not limited to these advertising venues. Affiliates may use ICS advertising copy or their own, design, copy, artwork, links, logos or icons to create advertisement, provided such advertisement does not misuse any Trademarks, copyright’s or other proprietary rights, are misleading, illegal or violate any other such agreements. ICS and all other parties’ logos, trademarks, watermarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Conditions: ICS reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement, at any time, with written notice, either by email, fax, or notice on our web page. Affiliates may not assign this Agreement or Affiliate Link without ICS’s prior, written, consent.

5. Participation and Termination: Affiliates may only participate and receive commissions, in our program, from the United States, it’s possessions, A.P.O.’s and Canada. Affiliates may not participate, may be terminated and may not be paid commissions, for any of the following reasons: SPAM or unsolicited email; sites, links to sites, or emails that promote illegal activities, violate human rights or laws of the United States.

Affiliates may be terminated for violating any of these conditions set within this agreement and no further commissions will be paid. Affiliates agree to hold ICS harmless, indemnify and defend any action, in the event of any litigation arising from any of the above aforementioned. Either party retains full rights to terminate, this Agreement, with a 30-day written notice. Upon such written notice, ICS will calculate any commissions owed the Affiliate, as outlined in section 1 above, and pay such commissions accordingly.
