ICS operates its own shipping and product testing facility. There are over 250,000 inkjet, fax and laser-toner cartridges in stock at any one time. Our products have been sold in 37 countries around the world including The United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and South America since 1985. Our friendly staff is working hard to assure you that your order will be processed in a timely manner, and when your products arrive they will exceed your expectations.

 We are confident you will enjoy our quality product line. Our cartridges are
waranteed for 90 days from date of purchase. If any of our cartridges fail to perform within 90 days from date of purchase, simply call our number above. Our staff will assist you in getting a replacement cartridge. Do Not Use More Than One (1) Cartridge if you have a defect. You will need a Return Authorization number before returning any cartridges. All other items, including, but not limited to, printers, have a full 30-Day Money Back Gurarantee. Please read our Return Policy below for further information.

Return Policy
|
1. If you ever receive a product that has been visibly damaged in transit, please refuse delivery. 2. Before returning a cartridge or product, you must email us to get a Return Authorization (RA) Number. 3. Do not use more than one (1) cartridge before contacting us. 4. Write the RA Number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your order or invoice to identify the returned merchandise. 5. Give us a brief description as to why you are returning the product. 6. There is a 20% restocking fee for any product or cartridge(s) returned that is/are not defective. 7. All returned cartridges must have at least 75% ink volume to receive an exchange. 8. No returns will be accepted by our staff without a Return Authorization (RA) Number and will be refused.

We accept all major credit and check cards, including Visa, MasterCard & American Express. We gladly accept Money Orders, personal & business checks. If you are paying by Money Order or check, please print your Shopping Cart order page and mail it to us along with your payment and shipping information. We will only process credit card orders shipped to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories &
APO's. However, we do accept foreign orders in quantity. Foreign orders may pay by Bank Wire Transfer. Call or email us for instructions.

Your order normally ships within 2-3 business days. ALL cartridge
orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days) or First Class Mail
(3-7 days) in the U.S. & its possessions. Bulk items, such as printers and
laser cartridges are only available in the continental U.S. Please allow 7-10
days for delivery of bulk items.
All U.S. orders are charged a flat $4.95 Shipping & Handling charge. Get $2.00 off shipping on all orders over $10.00. FREE Shipping available for all orders over $49. These charges will apply to
orders shipped in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
Guam, District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Northern
Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, all military
APO’s &
FPO's.
Florida orders add 7% sales tax.
